We went as a family of four - two grown up sons, my partner and myself. We were thrilled that the hotel was air-conditioned with temperatures over 50 degrees. Rooms fine; breakfast great and a good pool. Other than the staff at the poolside cafe who lived up to their bad reputation from other reviews; everyone else was charming and efficient. We had a great time and would recommend it although as a 3 star hotel.

I stayed at your hotel for only 1 night, I fould the service ws not too good. 1. my room fridge was not working, it was so hot outside I need fridge but its not working. 2. the elevator were too slow and my mum who is 75 had to walk up through steps. 3. room service no one speak good english, therefor we couldnt understand each other.

We went to Marrakech Golden Tulip as a group of 12 friends including old children. The location is fairly good, about 15 mn from the medina. The hotel, although having many guests and facilities, does show signs of degradation, such as the old and dirty floor carpets. We were given a mixture of rooms, a number having AC nor working or non cleaned beds... however the staff did solve the issues promptly as possible. The food is very limited during the day, and bar and pool service is restricted to short periods. Breakfast is not spectacular... lack of fruit, yogurt etc.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour au sein de votre hôtel, idéalement placé et très agréable. De plus, le personnel s'est montré charmant! Le seul bémol concerne le jus d'orange du matin: chimique! Toutefois nous serons heureux de vous retrouver. Bonne continuation. Fatima et Waleed
